The installation “Walls” merges video material gathered in Berlin , Poznan ( Poland ) and Calcutta ( India ). This combination suggests also other possibilities.   The work refers to the flow of time as well as to our experience of a place. In our time the place is no more limited to the definite spatial parameters. It is composed of layers of images and impressions, becoming a course of more or less abstract fragments of walls. In our constantly expanding and more and more transparent world, walls still protect, limit, unite and define both our surrounding and its experience.
